Excellent customer service

I emailed customer service to see if they offered gift cards and within 15 min I had a response! Yes, and the man emailed me the direct link. After then realizing they didn't have the price increment I wanted I emailed back explaining my issue of wanting to give this as a gift but I also wanted to cover the shipping cost for he recipient! They said "oh sure we can add that price to our site!" I'm so thankful for companies like these that go above and beyond for their customers! Will definitely be purchasing again!
