Whitney and I are relatively new to the t-shirt business, but we’ve learned a lot along the way. One thing I’ve personally learned is how easy it is to get caught up in the businesses of the December holiday shopping season.
We’ve now hit the time of year where it gets a bit hairy in terms of receiving items by Christmas. All of our orders that go out today – December 14th – should arrive by Christmas, but subsequent days can’t be guaranteed.
We’re huge on customer service, and love to make you happy. I mean, it should be that simple, right? So, when we get great email messages like the one below, it in return makes us happy. “I received my California Home T in the mail today and I am absolutely in LOVE with it!
