Nice shirt, but sized way too small

I'm a small and wear small just about all the time. This small was way too snug. I got a free swap for the medium. That was still a small medium but it first like most smalls on me do. Swapping was a bit slow (nearly two weeks), but it was free. I had to email to swap it out (no online returns). So overall, could have been a better experience, but got what I wanted in the end.
