True story.

Prior to starting The Home T I had no idea what an APO address was. In fact, it’s not something I’d ever heard.

Shortly after we opened for business an email came in that said, “Do you ship APO?”

That’s when I fired open Google and typed, “APO address,” and quickly realized that they represent military addresses.

I promptly reopened the email from the customer and typed, “Yes, we absolutely ship to APO addresses!”

Fast-forward to today, and The Home T has shipped packages to APO addresses all over the world. And it’s awesome!

But does sending The Home T to someone away from home serving their country really make them feel a bit more connected to home? I honestly think it does.

Here’s a perfect example from Matt.

The caption he sent along with the photo was short, but sweet, “Rockin my HOME. T all the way in Afghanistan.”

There’s no telling what Matt does day in and day out, but it seems that at the moment he snapped the photo, he felt connected to Texas. He felt connected to home. And that’s really cool.
